Catching up

Seeing as I haven't posted at all since we moved, I know I have a lot of catching up to do. Please excuse the large amount of post at one time, but Denny just barely down loaded all of our pictures since after we moved. I will try and do better to keep up.

Happy Birthday Kenna.

I can't believe my baby girl is 2. Where does the time go? What a blessing Kenna has been to our little family and the fun addition she has been. She definitely keeps us on our toes, but we love her even more for her spunk and personality. It has been so fun to see her grow into the little girl that she is. We had a little party for her with cake and ice cream. She has been carrying around her dolls ever since. Opening presents.
Enjoying cake and ice cream.
Blowing out the candles.
Kenna love sheep and horses, so we figured since she really couldn't request what kind of cake she wanted, we would do something that we know she would love.

I am so grateful for my kids!!

Dallin sharing with Kenna his halloween costume. I love to look at my kids and just think how grateful I am that they are mine. It can be very stressful at times, but most of the time I can just sit back and be entertained for most of the day. They are becoming better and better friends which is so fun to watch. I can't believe how much I love being a mother and what a blessing it is that I was entrusted with them. I love you Dallin and Kenna. Thanks for making me so happy and for all the smiles and laughs.

The Hogle Zoo.

A couple of weeks ago, we were able to go to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake. We will be seeing a lot of that zoo because we bought a pass. My kids love it so much and it's a fun outing for us.
Kenna and Dallin with the gorilla and my brother-in-law Rob.
Just about measures up.
The famous lion head drinking fountain
Kenna couldn't quite reach by herself.
Cousin Ellie and Kenna sitting on the elephant trunk. This was the last time Kenna would go near it because it squirts water out of it's trunk and Kenna got sprayed in the face. It was all over after that.

Fruits and Veggies

We have been loving living with my parents while Denny finishes his preceptor for school. We have also been loving all of the fresh fruits and veggies that my parents have. Here is Dallin and Kenna picking plums. I have learned how to bottle peaches and make all sorts of different jams and jellies thanks to my mom. Dallin will go and eat tomatoes right from the garden (he must take after his mom). One day I hope to be able to have some of the same fruit trees and veggies growing at my own house. Here is Dallin showing off some of his pickin's Kenna was too busy already eating hers to show them off.

Cherry Hill Reunion.

The first part of August was my family's reunion up in Cherry Hill. We all went up and camped for 2 nights. They have swimming pools and slides. The kids loved it and was fun to be able to hang out. Dallin and Kenna saying "CHEESE". Some of my nieces and nephews being silly.
Our little camp circle.
It's fun to see how big my family has gotten when we are all together. We were missing a few.

Cousins

My brother Brian and his family were up to visit in August and stayed at my parents so we were able to hang out with them a lot. Here we are with all the kids feeding the ducks.
I said we were feeding the ducks, but this is what Kenna was doing pretty much the whole time. She is a great eater.Chelsea, Kenna and Tyla.
Chelsea and Kenna feeding the ducks. Chelsea is about 6 months older than Kenna, but they are like 2 peas in a pod. They had so much fun together.
They are so much a like, even down to the crazy morning hair.
