Denny had the opportunity to meet Mitt Romney. It's kind of fun living in Iowa because of all the campaigning that goes on here. Denny wasn't too fond of this picture, but they move you along so quickly these were the only ones that he could get.

Meeting Mitt Romney
Denny had the opportunity to meet Mitt Romney. It's kind of fun living in Iowa because of all the campaigning that goes on here. Denny wasn't too fond of this picture, but they move you along so quickly these were the only ones that he could get. 
Ice Storm
This was a big Ice storm that we had a few weeks ago. I thought it was so pretty. Denny took all of these picture just outside our house, but everywhere you drove looked like it was crystal. I loved it. On the up close pictures you can see there is a coating on ice on everything. How fun
So tired
This was Dallin having a hard time staying awake.
We were coming back home later in the afternoon and both of the fell asleep and would not wake up for anything. We had a little fun with that. They look so innocent.HAPPY 3rd BIRTHDAY Dallin!
On Dallin's birthday, he was able to invite some of his friends over for a little birthday party. We played a couple of games and had Pizza and ice cream sandwiches.
After the party Lexie and Lydia came back over to watch a movie. I think he had a fun day. 
On Sunday after his birthday, we invited our neighbors over for the official cake and ice cream. Dallin was so excited for everyone to sing to him and blow out his candles. Sometime while he was playing, I would hear him practicing. He would sing Happy Birthday and at the end I would hear him say "Okay Dallin, blow out the candles" and then he would blow. So cute. Denny was in charge of the cake. Dallin has been wanting a doggy birthday since the summer, so this is what Denny came up with.
It's really cute because if you look at the above picture, you can see Denny's blueprints for the cake. This is the final cake before we stuck candles in him. The eyes are carved out whoppers and the nose a chocolate kiss- so creative. Dallin's favorite color is green so we had to incoporate that some home.
Dallin's friend Lexie celebrated her birthday with Dallin. They had a lot of fun with that.

Snow
The first real snow of the season was the night before Dallin's birthday, so guess what Dallin wanted to do on his birthday-play in the snow and make a snow man. He has been waiting for so long to play in the snow and had a great time.

SANTA!!!
Kenna was only a couple of months old last Christmas, so this was really the first time she has seen Santa and been able to react. As you can see, it didn't go too well. If she could talk well I could just hear her saying "WHY ME???" He may or may not be visiting our house. We need sugar plums dancing in their heads, not nightmares of the bearded man breaking into their home.
Dallin was so concerned with Kenna, he wasn't sure what to think. I don't know if he necessarily wanted to be friends, but he is becoming more and more aware of Santa's role in everything, so thought he should at least tolerate him.
You feel so bad for her, but at the same time can't help but laugh because of how dramatic she is.
If you are all wondering why she finally calmed down, look closely in her right hand. Apparently she just wanted a toy.

Merry Christmas
Oh, what cute kids. I dressed them all up for a Christmas Party and thought I would try and get a few pictures. I will definately agree that the first ones I have posted are very cute, but I put a few others so you appreciate what I go through to get a couple decent pictures. Anyone with mulitple children will understand.

Dallin and Kenna love eachother so much and for the most time, love to be with eachother. He is a very protective little boy. Kenna was talking to little girl in church that was a little older then her. The little girl said "NO" to Kenna. This is a funny face that Kenna is always pulling.Grandma and Grandpa Kimball visit.
Grandma and Grandpa Kimball came out to visit in Mid-November. They brought a special package from Grandma Hatch-Dallin's early birthday. He got a special dog that he has sinced named Charlie, along with a bed for him and everything.
The Weather was really nice while they were out here, so we took advantage of enjoying the bike path and took a little walk.
