Our Little Evan
That's right, we finally decided on a name. We were leaning toward Evan the whole time, we just needed some time with him to make sure it fits. Here he is in his coming home outfit right before we left the hospital. We came home on Wednesday and have been doing well.
Another shot of his coming home outfit. It's crazy that as small as those clothes look before you put them on, they still were so big on him.
All strapped in ready for his ride home. It's as tight as it goes. What a precious little boy.
When we got home these balloons were on the front porch. Grandma took Dallin and Kenna to pick out balloons for Evan. I bet you can't guess which one Kenna picked out. It represents our family, 2 boys and 1 girl.
As you can see by their faces, Dallin and Kenna were pretty excited to have Evan come home. They have done very well with him and have been soft and so loving. What a lucky little baby.
Right after graduation, Denny did some training with a consulting group that we are working with. They had this balloon bouquet sent to the house. We had to anchor Evan down so he didn't fly away. What a nice surprise that was.
We love you Evan and are so happy you are here.

Introducing Baby Mack
Our little boy joined our family at 11:55 am. Denny and I got here at 7:00 am. They started me on pitocin at 8:15 am and broke my water at 8:30 am. He came about 3 1/2 hours later. He weighed 7 lbs 8 oz and was 20 inches long. He was so alert from the very beginning. We still haven't decided on a name, so any suggestions are welcomed.
Proud Mom and baby when he was just 20 minutes old. Look how alert those little eyes are.
This was shortly after he was born as well. Denny was an excellent coach and support.
This is him in the nursery shortly after his bath. What a sweet little face. I am trying to figure out who he looks like. He definately has some similarties to his brother and sister, but is really his own little man.
Just trying to relax after his long morning.
Our new little family of 5, can you believe it.

A very proud father with his 3 kids.
Dallin was so cute with baby. He is very anxious to know what his name is, so hopefully we'll be able to decide soon. We had some visitors, and he was sure to let everyone know that this was our baby. He was so excited to finally see him.
A very proud older sister. We know Kenna is going to love him, but we will definately have to monitor her when she is giving him that love; we've seen how she loves her dollies.
So you are all probably wondering what this next picture has to do with the birth of our son. Dallin and Kenna came and visited with my mom, and then she took them back home. When my dad got home, Kenna and Dallin like to hide from him and then once he finds them, they will run around and my dad will try and catch them. Dallin came running in from the front room and trip and went head first under the dining room table and hit his head on the base. My mom called us and told us what happened and said they were bringing him to the ER. They called when they got here and Denny went down to the ER to be with Dallin while I was upstairs in the Mother/Baby unit. Denny said Dallin was so brave and he ended up with 8 stiches.
He came up to visit me again when he was all done and showed me that he got a bracelet just like the one I had (that's why he is holding his arm up). What a brave little boy. I think it's only began now that I have 2 boys...they are already ganging up on me. :)
