Evan-6 months old
I love this picture. The timing was perfectand Evan's expression says it all. He is such a big boy. As you can see, he is still not sitting up by himself, but pretty close. He doesn't like being on his tummy very much, but we are working on it. What a blessing Evan has been in our home.
He is always so content and very mild mannered, most of the time.
Has a smile on his face now, but wait a few more seconds and he will start to protest tummy time.

Green Beans???
Happy 4th of July
On the 4th of July, went up American Fork Canyon to Mutual Dell for lunch. It was a lot cooler up there and we had a lot of fun playing on the field and later trying out the zip line. I made a fruit pizza just for the occasion.
Evan all decked out in his red and white. He was 5 months old and one day. What a handsome little boy he is.
I had fun with the beautiful scenery and took some pictures of Kenna. This is a more serious one, but look what a pretty little girl she is. Dallin wouldn't hold still long enough for me to get one.
I love this picture of My mom and my niece, Brooke. They were just hanging out, but I love how candid it is and they didn't know I was taking it.
Kenna and my dad have a special relationship, started when we were living with them. I loved this action shot.
Later on we found out there was a zip line and come to find out, no one had it reserved for a little while, so we were able to use it. Here is Dallin, so excited to go by himself. He was in heaven.
Here is Denny taking his turn. I went down with Kenna, and she wanted to go again. I love that she will try anything, but at the same time, a little scary because that girl has no fear.
We put Julianne in charge of Evan and she was able to get him to sleep and everything. Pretty soon, she will have her own baby to help take care of.
Here is Nate with his "serrated teeth" showing us how watermelon really should be eaten.
Here is Lydia, Ryley, Kenna, Reese, Dallin and Bella all enjoying a huge slice of watermelon.
Kenna, the big helper
Lagoon with the Calls
On June 22, we were able to go to Lagoon with Grandma and Grandpa Call and their family. It was so fun and Dallin is still talking about it and telling anyone that will listen all about his day. Grandma and Grandpa Call are now serving as Mission President in the Tampico, Mexico mission so we enjoyed this opportunity to spend more time with them before they left. Thanks so much for letting us spend this time with you.
Here is Denny and Dallin (you can't see him sitting by Denny) with Marissa and Aaron and their boys and I think Peyton right before they go under a waterfall.

Princess Kenna
Posing in front of the castle.
The first day of June started very early for us. My sister told me about a princess festival that they were doing and that we could go for free, but the only catch was we had to be there at like 5:30-6:30 AM. The channel 2 news was coming to advertise for the princess festival that would be happening within the next couple of weeks. They need princesses there to advertise. I woke Kenna up at about 4:45 and asked her if she wanted to go to a princess party. It was still dark outside, but she heard where we were going and didn't hesitate at all getting out of bed. We did up her hair and put a pretty dress on. Some wealthy guy built this huge castle, then you go through this tunnel and it goes to Snow whites and the dwarfs cottage and everything. Kenna was in heaven. She was probably one of the youngest ones there, but just as into it as every one else.
Here she is with her cousin Sayer on one of the dwarfs beds.
Here she is posing with Ava in the castle.
They taught them how to curtsy and dance and Kenna was getting some good practicing in.
Here she is posing with "Cinderella" (whose real name just happen to be McKenna)
So here was the reporter covering the story. If you look to the right you can see Kenna with her pink and black dress standing by her cousin Ava. The reporter was kind of obnoxious and wouldn't stop talking about his "man capris", but it was still cool to see them later on the news. (we had my mom Tivo it.)
In this shot he was getting ready to do a live shot. He was talking to Kenna and was going to ask her some questions when they went on live, but about 20 seconds before they went live, Kenna took off. The reporter was calling after her, but she wouldn't come back, so he grabbed another little girl to interview. Oh well, I at least got a cute picture.
Needless to say, she had the time of her life and later crashed. Being a Princess is hard work!!!
Fun Pictures
These were taken back in May, but I just wanted to do a little update. These were some shots of Evan and how big he is getting. He loves the Johnny Jump-up and we were trying out one of his hats as well. Here he looks like he is waving to the camera.
Here he is watching Kenna and Dallin play with play doh. He was doing so well and now can roll from his back to his belly all by himself.
He loves Dallin and Kenna and they can usually get him to laugh a lot easier than we can. Here he is looking at Dallin and just loving being apart of the crowd.
This was the middle of May, so he was about 3 1/2 months old. Denny prop him up with his blankets in the high chair and he loved being able to sit up so well.
For Dallin's last day of Pre-school they had a carnival day. This was right after showing off his clown face. I just love that smile.
Of course Kenna saw him getting his picture taken and wanted to be a part as well. We hadn't really done her hair yet from her bath the night before. I just thought she looked so old in this picture with her hair down and kind of straight. I can't believe what a little girl she is turning more and more into.
Here he is watching Kenna and Dallin play with play doh. He was doing so well and now can roll from his back to his belly all by himself.
